Pat Rose-Liana, FNP

Pat Rose-Liana is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Pike County Memorial Hospital. She cares for patients at the walk-in clinic in Bowling Green, Missouri, and provides primary care at the PCMH Vandalia Medical Clinic.

Pat brings a broad range of clinical experience to her role at PCMH. Her background includes years of emergency and urgent care experience, as well as military service overseas. Through these experiences, she developed the ability to make decisions quickly, care for patients in demanding situations, and remain calm under pressure.

As a military veteran, Pat gained valuable clinical experience while serving overseas. Military medicine often requires providers to evaluate a wide range of medical needs and make careful decisions in challenging conditions. Today, Pat brings that experience and commitment to the patients she serves at PCMH.

Her background in emergency and urgent care is especially valuable for patients who need prompt medical attention. At the Bowling Green walk-in clinic, Pat evaluates and treats acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other medical concerns that need timely care. She provides care for patients of all ages and works to make each visit comfortable, respectful, and efficient.

In addition to providing walk-in care, Pat is part of the primary care team at the PCMH Vandalia Medical Clinic. She provides annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and referrals to specialists when additional care is needed.
