Emily Jensen, PA

Emily Jensen is a certified Physician Assistant at Pike County Memorial Hospital  serving patients at both the PCMH Louisiana Clinic and PCMH Vandalia Medical Clinic. As a physician assistant, Emily provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages including diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and managing acute and chronic health needs in close collaboration with PCMH’s physician team.

Emily earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, an accredited PA program with rigorous clinical training across multiple medical specialties. This graduate-level education prepared her to deliver expert, evidence-based care across the full breadth of primary care, from acute urgent visits to ongoing chronic disease management.

Physician Assistants practice medicine as part of a physician-led team. Emily works hand-in-hand with PCMH’s family medicine physicians and has access to the hospital’s full network of specialists which allows her to coordinate referrals, review specialist recommendations, and provide continuity of care for every patient she serves. This team-based model means Emily’s patients benefit from coordinated, comprehensive care across two clinic locations in Pike County.

Emily is known for her thorough, accessible approach to patient care. She explains diagnoses clearly, answers questions fully, and ensures every patient leaves an appointment with a clear understanding of their health and their next steps. She is currently accepting new patients at both the Louisiana and Vandalia Medical Clinics.
