Dr. Tracy Fite is a family doctor at PCMH Louisiana Medical Clinic with more than 18 years of experience in family medicine, currently accepting new patients in Louisiana, Missouri and across Pike County. As a family doctor in Louisiana, MO, Dr. Fite provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients with a particular focus on chronic disease management and long-term preventive health.

Dr. Fite graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri and earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2003, one of Missouri’s top-ranked medical programs. She completed her Family Practice residency in 2007 through the University of Arkansas AHEC-Southwest program in Texarkana, Arkansas, where she received rigorous training in the full breadth of outpatient and inpatient family medicine.

Over her 18+ year career, Dr. Fite has developed deep expertise in managing complex, long-term conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease prevention, and thyroid disorders. She approaches chronic disease management with a focus on patient education, helping patients understand their conditions, interpret their lab results, and make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their long-term health.
