Andrew Milian, MD

Hospitalist

andrew-milian-md-quincy-il

Dr. Andrew Milian is a bilingual hospitalist at Pike County Memorial Hospital, dedicated entirely to the care of patients admitted to PCMH. While your regular doctor manages your health between visits, Dr. Milian is here when it matters most. He is present in the hospital throughout the day, rounding on patients, meeting with families, reviewing test results, and making sure every part of your care stays on track.

Dr. Milian has been practicing medicine since 2017 and sees patients from infants through adults. He takes a whole-person approach to hospital medicine, treating not just the condition that brought you in but also making sure you and your family always understand what is happening, what the plan is, and what comes next. He believes informed patients heal better and takes the time to make sure every family feels supported and heard.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Milian works alongside PCMH’s full team of specialists including cardiology, orthopedics, surgery, and behavioral health, coordinating care across every department so nothing falls through the cracks. When you are ready to go home, he leads the discharge planning process to make sure the transition is safe and that follow-up care is in place.

Dr. Milian is fully bilingual and sees Spanish-speaking patients and families in their preferred language, providing the same clear, compassionate communication to every patient in his care.
