Aaron Trone, DO

Dr. Aaron Trone is a family medicine physician at Pike County Memorial Hospital, providing comprehensive primary and preventive care at the PCMH Vandalia Medical Clinic and currently accepting new patients across Vandalia and all of Pike County, Missouri. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, a nationally recognized institution that trains physicians in both conventional medicine and the osteopathic philosophy of whole-person care. Osteopathic training emphasizes understanding how a patient’s lifestyle, environment, and overall health interconnect, which shapes how Dr. Trone approaches every appointment.

Dr. Trone provides care across all stages of life, from pediatric well-child visits and adolescent care to adult chronic disease management and senior preventive health. His practice focuses on getting to know each patient as an individual, not just a set of symptoms. He takes time to explain diagnoses, discuss treatment options, and involve patients as active partners in their own care.
