Dr. Meera Ravindranathan is a board-certified Hematologist and Oncologist with extensive experience caring for patients with both solid
tumors and hematologic malignancies. She completed medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University, followed by internal medicine
residency and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Dr. Meera, as her patients call her, has practiced in both academic and community oncology settings, most recently
serving as a hematologist/oncologist and partner in San Diego.
She has worked to advance the field of oncology through various leadership roles and clinical trial work. She brings a
deep understanding of evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care.

Dr. Ravindranathan will be working in conjunction with a team of oncology experts around the country at institutions
like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and Sloan Kettering to bring expertise on all cancer types to the
comfort of Pike County. Outside of work, Dr. Meera enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling, and spending quality time
with her husband and two children.
