Tarrah Grady, LCSW, is a licensed therapist and counselor at Pike County Memorial Hospital, providing individual counseling and behavioral health services at both the Louisiana and Bowling Green Medical Clinics Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Patients of all ages can turn to Tarrah for compassionate, judgment-free mental health care. She works with adults, adolescents, and families throughout Pike County and is committed to helping each person feel heard, supported, and respected.
Tarrah earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Missouri. She later completed her Master of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Her education and clinical training prepared her to help people facing a wide variety of mental health and life challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Tarrah provides individual therapy, family counseling, crisis support, and mental health evaluations. She helps patients manage depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, family conflict, life changes, and everyday stress. In every session, her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients can build healthy coping skills and move toward lasting wellness.
Because mental and physical health are closely connected, Tarrah works alongside the primary care providers at Pike County Memorial Hospital. This team approach helps patients receive more complete care and makes it easier to access behavioral health services when they are needed.
In addition, Tarrah coordinates care with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate. She accepts most insurance plans and welcomes new patients at both the Louisiana and Bowling Green clinic locations.
