Dr. Miller originally from Granite City, IL earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University, attended Tulane University graduate school for physiology then completed his medical degree at University of Louisville. His residency training was at Long Beach Memorial Hospital and Rural Health fellowship at Tacoma General Hospital. Finally, he earned his Masters degree in public health from Harvard University. He has a particular interest in working with women and children in under-deserved areas.
In his free time he is a dog lover, an AKC Breeder of Merit with his champion whippets, shows his own dogs, races them competitively and is an AKC licensed show and racing judge.
Dr. Miller has been practicing for 21 years. Taught family medicine/maternal child health at University of Southern California School of Medicine and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Miller is currently the Medical Director for the PCMH Clinic Louisiana location, runs the wound care clinic at Pike County Memorial Hospital and has served as Chief of Staff and Chair of the Medical Executive Committee.
