The Swing Bed Program at PCMH is available to Medicare patients who have had a qualifying three (3) day hospital stay; need short term skilled nursing services in the rehabilitation realm and whose goal is to return to their home environment. PCMH offers exceptional physical therapy, respiratory therapy and skilled nursing services for this program. Medicare patients who need skilled recovery time post surgery or from extended illness are encouraged to take advantage of the Swing Bed Program available at PCMH.Need skilled care close to home?

Pike County Memorial Hospital is helping area youth find out about health and science careers through MASH camp, which is June 28 -29 at the hospital in Louisiana, Mo.Attention 5th, 6th + 7th Graders: MASH Camp
If you are interested in science and health care, PCMH has a camp for you. On June 28-29, students will come to the hospital to learn hands-on about careers in health and science. From a mock code to stiching up chicken legs, attendees will see first-hand what they might want to do as a career. Call 877-303-2938 to sign up.
