The Swing Bed Program at PCMH is available to Medicare patients who have had a qualifying three (3) day hospital stay; need short term skilled nursing services I the rehabilitation realm and whose goal is to return to their home environment.  PCMH offers exceptional physical therapy, respiratory therapy and skilled nursing services for this program.  Medicare patients who need skilled recovery time post surgery or from extended illness are encouraged to take advantage of the Swing Bed Program available at PCMH.
